Accountant / AP / AR Specialist

Ideal candidate will be responsible for day to day accounting, Vendor payments, Receivables and their reconcialiton. Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP):

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Verify invoice accuracy and match with purchase orders and receiving reports.
Maintain vendor records and update contact information.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Accounts Receivable (AR):

Prepare and send customer invoices.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve customer inquiries.
Maintain customer records and update contact information.
Reconcile customer accounts and identify any discrepancies.
Assist with collections efforts as needed.
General Accounting:

Assist with general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Assist with audits and tax filings.
Other accounting tasks as assigned.
