Job Description:
Jehan Numa Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a renowned hospitality group with a legacy of excellence, is
seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to manage the financial
operations for the entire group. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with
over 10 years of experience, including a strong background in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Strategy
• Develop and oversee the groups annual budgets and long-term financial strategies.
• Analyze financial trends and provide insights to guide decision-making.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
• Consolidate financials across properties and present reports to the management.
Cost Control & Budget Management
• Implement cost optimization strategies across all properties.
• Monitor budget adherence and conduct variance analysis.

Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other legal
requirements.
• Oversee internal and external audits and maintain a robust risk management framework.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance teams across properties.
• Foster a collaborative environment to drive efficiency and performance.
Operational Support
• Collaborate with property-level managers to ensure financial alignment with operational goals.
• Oversee contracts, vendor negotiations, and procurement processes.
System Implementation
• Drive the adoption of financial systems such as IDS, Tally, and Sun System to enhance accuracy
and efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record of over 10 years in finance.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and audit processes.
• Proficient in financial tools such as Tally, IDS, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
