Job Description
- Proficiency in at least two or more technologies such as PHP, MERN Stack, Python, WordPress, or Drupal.

- Develop and maintain applications across various technologies based on project needs.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and contribute effectively to multiple projects.
- Assist in planning, task allocation, and project management for a small team.
- Mentor and train interns and freshers, imparting best industry practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and security of applications.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to achieve project goals.
- Promote a positive work environment by motivating team members and resolving issues proactively.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and team performance.
- Implement best practices for development, including error logging, debugging, and scalability.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain a proactive approach to challenges.
