This role has responsibility for support following the implementation of our Infor LN ERP system. You will focus on configuration, advising on process design, and work directly with the business to improve processes. Areas of Focus will be specifically in Projects and Service Modules. You will serve as the functional analyst and point of contact for the users of the LN ERP Solution and have a heavy focus on improving current processes for the business through configuration changes, process design, automation, other improvements. Strong operational understanding of LN is critical with knowledge of TP Project Pegging interfacing with Production/Warehouse/Contracts is a must. Must also be knowledgeable of Projects Requirements Planning, Service Order entry and Billing, as well as Customer Claims. As ERP Business Analyst you will take the lead on a specific area work stream: Projects-to-cash, Service to Cash with a preference for Projects/and Or Service Modules. Essential Duties Understand key master data, codes, parameters, and settings in the system Develop and maintain user management SOPs Communications with various levels including management, operations and finance at both Senior and Junior levels. Provide training and troubleshooting support to sites on the use of the ERP system Assist/develop data governance driving data verification and integrity initially and as the system expands with new sources and outputs. Provides direction and solutions in the development of client s BI platform. Communicates with the VP Global Enterprise Applications on the prioritization of projects and execution to a timeline. Serves as link between data collection from source systems and output at the BI level. Works with the IT support teams. Education/Experience Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field Experienced with Infor LN Cloudsuite an absolute must Experience with other Infor Products Ming.le, Nexus, and GRC preferred. Functional Specification Documentation experience required Experience with Tableau required; Microsoft Azure experience a plus Demonstrated ability to understand high level database concepts Execution of system testing required.
