Jr. Business Development Executive

About Job:

JBK is seeking a highly motivated and skilled junior level Business Development Executive (BDE) with min. 1 year of experience in the software industry to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and technical teams) to develop proposals and close deals.
Manage the entire business cycle from prospecting to closing.
Maintain records of business activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Reviewing clients feedback and making necessary changes.
Should be able to achieve the targets.

Requirement:
Total 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a software/IT company.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales strategies.
Ability to analyse market trends.
Familiarity & Experience with CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to create actionable marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
MBA-Marketing candidates can also apply for this role.
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing and IT solutions.
