Responsible for all production-related activities production planning, production supervision, meet quality targets and material handling and packaging.
Responsible for training, mentoring, and supervising the junior production staff during the production and packaging processes.
Preparation of raw materials and packaging: Review labels on raw material to ensure correct weight, type, and lot/batch no. before starting to charge raw materials in the mixers/reactors and carry out the operation process following up all the production parameters.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.)
Ensure output meets quality standards.
Report to upper management.
Maintain a safe production environment.
