Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java (preferably with Spring Boot).
• Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like ReactJS or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in designing and building RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Experience with database technologies like MySQL.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes, tools, and automation (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Review and troubleshoot complex technical problems, providing innovative and effective solutions.
• Propose and design system architecture based on project requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Prepare and maintain low-level technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, system specifications, and workflows.
• Guide and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development timelines.

Development & Design:

• Design and implement new features and enhancements for existing systems using Java (Spring Boot) and AWS services.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to integrate front-end elements built with ReactJS or Vue.js into the server-side logic.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical designs, ensuring the highest quality of development.
• Participate in the development and implementation of APIs, Microservices, and backend services.

Project Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders, including project managers, QA teams, and other developers, to deliver project milestones on time.
• Handle the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and monitoring.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.

Maintenance & Support:

• Actively address and resolve technical bugs, troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.
• Ensure timely patching and upgrades to the system for security and performance improvements.
• Support the production environment by monitoring systems, identifying performance issues, and making necessary optimizations.
