Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, development, and maintenance of backend services using Java 11/17 and Spring frameworks (Spring Web Flux, Spring Cloud API Gateway).
- Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Amazon ECS, ECR, CloudWatch, and Docker.
- Manage application performance and reliability with tools like HikariCP, Maven, ELK stack, and Swagger.
- Ensure code quality and security using tools like CodeQL and GitHub Workflow.
- Conduct performance testing and tuning with JMeter.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development with expertise in Java 11/17.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Frameworks (Web Flux, Spring Cloud API Gateway).
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and tools: AWS Cloud Native, Amazon ECS/ECR, Docker, and CloudWatch.
- Proficiency in database technologies: MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Swagger, and GitHub Workflow.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and testing tools like ELK Stack and JMeter.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
