To develop and service new client relationships for Jasras
Your responsibilities would include-
To prepare and implement quarterly plans and strategy for achieving sales targets
To generate new business leads for the company using techniques such as cold calling & pitching, attending conferences and events, ensuring top of the mind recall with existing clients or attending to incoming inquiries
To service existing clients to develop scope for repeat business
To ensure innovative-customised solutions are delivered to each client
To be proactive in learning about new or potential business projects
To work closely with the client servicing team to develop estimates and proposals for potential clients
To actively participate in overseeing the client servicing team for implementation
To undertake logistics for meetings and training programs
To oversee the production team and the finance team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
To ensure that committed project finances are recovered in due time
To responsibly follow all systems and processes
To carry out additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time
Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate in management
Prior Experience
Candidate with 5+ years in sales or business development role
