Assistant Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Enter purchase and sales transactions in the accounts.
• Record entries in the cash book and bank book.
• Process payments and receipts entries.
• Journal entries.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Verify inventory data provided by the branches.
• Maintain Excel sheets related to accounts.
• Draft emails for any account-related queries..
• Follow up with branches for updated accounts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in accounts.
• Proficiency in email communication in English.
• Good verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge or experience of Tally.
