Job Description
Job Summary :
Core Engineering knowledge in Fits & Tolerance, GD&T. Material Handling/Selection knowledge such as Metal, Alloys, Rubber, Plastics, Composite. Manufacturing knowledge in Casting, Forging, Machining, Assembly, Moulding and surface treatment. Knowledge in instruments/gauges. Root Cause identification of quality issues of parts in a product. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Solid Works and MS office applications.

Job Requirements :
Experience in complete range of New Product Development activities like determination of requirements, conceptual design, preliminary/detailed design, stack up analysis, prototyping, verification and validation, manufacturing, etc.. Experience in product test planning and execution as per reliability standards and compliance requirements. Knowledge in designing and optimization of pneumatic / hydraulic seals & springs will be added advantage. Coordinate with cross functional teams for completion of all products.
