Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents.
    • Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  2. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
    • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and create actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Address client queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
    • Provide insights to improve the companys market positioning.
    • Assist in pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  5. Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
    • Forecast sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Track and analyze key sales metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and campaigns.
    • Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions.
    • Partner with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Team performance and productivity.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Market share growth and new business acquisition.
