Senior Ui Ux Designer (Part-time, WFH)

Position: Senior UI/UX Designer
Experience: 5+ Years
Type: Part-time/Contract (WFH)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex, multi-page websites.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate project requirements into outstanding user interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Conduct and analyze user research to ensure designs meet user needs and expectations.
• Ensure designs are consistent, responsive, and optimized for various devices and platforms.
• Guide and mentor junior designers in best practices and emerging design trends.
• Maintain and improve design systems and style guides for consistency across projects.
• 150-180 hours project (8 months - 1 year).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on complex, multi-functional websites.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating intuitive and visually striking designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a user-centered approach to design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to contribute 10 hours time/week
