Chief Executive Officer/Senior President/Operations Director (18-30 yrs)

Role Description:

- We are only look for Jain candidates (candidates who are Gujarati Jain or Marwari Jain or any Jain resource). Only Mumbai based Male candidates should apply. We are open for any INDUSTRY but handled a senior Management role. Not looking for candidates who ahs been in the organization for a larger stint. Only Jain candidates to apply for the position .

- Develop in co-ordination with Project teams, actionable business/ organization requirement strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of Organization and Projects.

- Translate in co-ordination with Project teams, strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing project wise goal setting, operations, planning and performance management.

- Achieving objectives of the projects through targets and guide the team to achieve the set goals.

- Follow up with Zones and Chapters on Term plan and achievement of the agreed Term plan On Regular basis

- Ensure that all the SOP (Standard Operating Process) is followed at Projects, Wings, Zones and Chapter.

- Co-ordinate, Manage and Conduct Events.

- Conduct Meetings as per by the Articles of Association. On regular basis

- Ensure updated MIS reports and ad hoc reports. On Regular basis

- Review SOP's, Constitution regularly and suggest improvements/changes

- Co-ordination and Relationship management with Board, Projects, Wings, Zones & Chapters and address/resolve their queries.

- Implementation of the new initiative/ projects by the Management. As and when needed.

- Ensure Membership applications are processed as per SOP and support Membership Growth.

- Election Management of Directors.

- Drive on time publication of In-house magazine

- Conduct organization Orientation to Board of Directors, Project Committees, Wing, Zone & Chapters.
