Responsibilities.
- Examine ledgers, reconcile the accounts if necessary, and Bank recognition.
- Liaising with the auditors by providing all the information asked by them and complete the audit.
- Petty cash check overall
- Making MIS Reports Knowledge of TDS rules.
- Making Purchase order for various items Vendor Payment
- Well versed in Excel, Word and PPT presentation, Tally
- Statutory Compliances: Ensuring that all the statutory payments are made on time
- Preparation of MIS: Preparation of Daily reports, monthly flash report and other financial information as and when required.
- Payroll: Computation of Income Tax on salaries and verification of salary workings, computed by HRD before making the payments.
- Daily collections/payments: Supervise all the activities of the Cashier and help him solve the problems, if any.
- Keeping track of insurance details.
- Billing: Supervise the activities of Maintaining Balance Sheet, Accounts, and Bank Statements. Accounting work individually handled.
- Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Assisting with monthly annual audit preparations.
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
