Job Description
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Supervise and lead landscape installation crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and resolve any issues or delays.
- Ensure team members adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and project expenditures.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and schedules.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Must Have
- Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale landscaping projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design, construction, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Valid driver s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Well known of Punes routes
Nice to have
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Landscape Architecture (ASLA) is a plus.
- Experience with sustainable landscaping practices and environmental design.
- Experience in business development and proposal preparation.
- Ability to work outdoors at project sites,
- Must Have own Laptop
- Preference for Pune based CandCandidates
