Job Description
B.Sc /M.Sc - Chemistry M.Tech - Food Technology Relevant Experience : 1 - 2 years in Food Industry Preferred Gender : Male Job Location : JIPL, BAGALUR UNIT Job Description : QA verification for receipt of raw and packaging materials from warehouse/stores to production.
Ensure the line clearance in Blending, Process, filling areas and Secondary packaging areas as per defined company guidelines at shop floor.
Ensure manufacturing equipment and product transfer equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements and ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards.
Ensure sterilizer equipment and filling equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements and ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards.
Ensure the dispensing of raw materials and other ingredients as per BMR.
Raw data of all results to be maintained well and maintain all records effectively as per defined Good Documentation Practices.
Perform scheduled calibrations of lab equipment, and maintained the supporting documentation.
Preparation of chemicals, standard solutions for analytical testing.
Monitoring, finalizing and recording the batch standardization activities as per BMR.
Ensure the proper functioning of the process quality function.
Make timely decisions on process quality issues and provide direction to production operators/Technicians.
Support and ensure microbiological sampling/monitoring of processing equipment is conducted.
Follow and ensure the Gowning practices are maintained inside the GMP area.
