Field Engineer - Customer Support (Retail)

Role & responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, printers, and CCTV systems.

Assist customers with installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment.

Provide prompt and efficient customer support through various communication channels (phone, email, in-person).

Document and track support requests to ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

Freshers or candidates with up to 2-3 year of experience in a similar role.

Basic knowledge of desktop computers, printers, (CCTV system knowledge will be an added advantage).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Should have own Conveyance.
