We are an HR Placement company. Our Client a 30-year-old Medicine Manufacturer Company is planning to launching in DELHI SUPPLY.

Post : Senior Market representative /AREA Sales Manager (General Pharma division)-

Location : DELHI
Experience : Min 7 years of Pharmaceutical Experience in DELHI

Qualification : B.Pharma/ M.Pharma, D. Pharma, BSc / Dip.

Salary : Upto 4 Lakhs. No constraint for the right candidate

CTC : Upto 5 lakhs

Job Profile

• Senior managerial position, for handling alone and with short team
• Extensive Travelling for meeting and maintaining the complete supply chain in all districts.
• Prospecting sales from DOCTORS and lead generation.
• Independent direct sales visits to DOCTORS.
• Actively promote products to existing and potential customers.
• On site customer technical demonstrations and product training.
• Survey the market and estimate market share in all major product categories, competitor market share and strategies.
• Review customers enquiries, liaise with clients, internal departments and relevant parties.
• Direct promotion and sales of Laboratory equipment product lines.
• Maintaining and managing CRM records and opportunities for the area.
• Assisting at seminars, training courses and product launches.
• Attending and organizing local exhibitions.
• Depot and stock management

Skills

• Communication - verbal and written proficiency with good presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Product and commercial terms.
• Excellent project planning, change and time-management capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Result oriented and achievement driven.
• Effective leadership capability.
• Good in Negotiation Skill.
• Willing to travel.
