Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager - Accounts

Location: Head Office, Vile Parle, Mumbai

Qualification: M.com / B.com

Role & responsibilities

Accounts

1. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of Financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements.
2. Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
4. Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies during financial audits and examinations.
5. Meeting all compliance related to Direct & Indirect tax.

Finance

1. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to meet operational needs.
2. Monitor Accounts Receivable & reconcilation time to time.
3. Manage Accounts Payable meeting company's financial obligation to suppliers and vendors
4. Regularly review your accounts payable aging report to categorize outstanding invoices by their age (e.g., current, 30 days, 60 days, 90+ days).
5. Monitor cash flow closely to ensure that payments align with available funds and prioritize payments accordingly.

Others

1. Generate comprehensive daily and monthly reports, including management information system (MIS) reports.
2. Ability to work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Excellent experience of working in ERP and Microsoft Office skills (Advance Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) required
4. Excellent organizational, project and time management skills with ability to multi-task
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail and rigor required
