Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1.Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Drive sales for our software and IT solutions.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Engage in lead conversion through consistent follow-ups and negotiations.

2. Handling & Closing Google Ads Leads (Inbound Sales)

  • Respond promptly to leads generated from Google Ads campaigns.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to convert leads into customers.

3. Self-Sourced Lead Generation (Outbound Sales)

  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Generate a steady pipeline of self-sourced leads.
  • Maintain follow-ups and engagement until deal closure.

4. Conducting Software Demo Calls & Presentations

  • Present and explain our CRM, ERP, and website solutions to prospective clients.
  • Highlight key product features and demonstrate how they address business needs.
  • Handle objections professionally and guide clients toward a purchase decision.

5. CRM Management & Sales Pipeline Tracking

  • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in CRM software.
  • Track the progress of leads through different sales stages.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and prevent missed opportunities.

6. Closing Sales & Achieving Revenue Goals

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms with clients.

Work towards closing deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.

Explore up selling and cross-selling opportunities for additional revenue generation.


7.Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and performance discussions.
  • Implement strategies based on feedback to improve results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and aggressive in achieving sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and achieve defined targets.
