Job Description
Accounts Intern - I SARVA INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED Accounts Intern
Basic Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records.
Financial Reporting: Help prepare financial reports and statements as per company requirements.
Bank Reconciliation Accounts Management: Support the accounts team in reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable/receivable.
Budgeting Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Expense Tracking: Help track expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tax-related documentation.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
Client Vendor Communication: Respond to inquiries from clients or vendors regarding payments and transactions.
Requirements: Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Independence Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
Proactive Attitude: Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
Experience: Previous internship experience in accounting is a plus.
