Job Description: Relationship officer

Location: Gomti Nagar, Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: - 12,000 - 16,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Week Off: 1 day (to be decided by the company)

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls using the company's CRM system to connect with potential and existing clients.

- Provide accurate information about the company's services to customers.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients over the phone.

- Update call records and customer information in the CRM system.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

- Strong convincing abilities and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or Diploma holder in any stream.

Experience:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.

Additional Requirements:

- Candidate must have their own smartphone for work-related activities
