An office boy is responsible for providing general support services in an office environment.

This may include making photocopies, distributing documents, answering and forwarding phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.

The office boy may also be responsible for maintaining office equipment, such as photocopiers and printers, and ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked.

Updating appointment calendars, creating travel vouchers, performing word processing, basic bookkeeping, and filing.
