Job Description
- Lead and manage technical projects within the SCM domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with business processes.
- Drive DevOps initiatives by implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices, and automation strategies.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Mentor and guide development teams to enhance technical capabilities and ensure best practices are followed.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on Java or DevOps technologies.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in the SCM domain.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP/SCM systems. - Expertise in DevOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform) and Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as PMP or SAFe Agile are a plus.
