JD For PLC PROGRAMMAR
Qualification Graduate : B.E Automation and robotic engineering, BE Electronics&
Electrical & instrumentation .
1. Design, Co-ordinate , Monitor development activities with PLC ,
Robotics, Servo, Vision based systems, Electrical design team with
reference project team, to keep the team on track on delivery
schedules.
2. Interact with Service Dept , Engineers on site and resolve site
problems and operational issues related Electronic and Electrical
control system.
3. Monitor, Maintain update documentation .
4. Monitor Shop floor, customer issues related to control system
and provide resolution for the that.
5. Required to guide engineers in applications of PLC ,Servo
Motors, Servo Drives , Camera Vision system, Robotics application,
HMI, SCADA, Hydraulic ,Pneumatic Systems
6. Knowledge in Power Electronics, Standards & Technologies •
Conceptualize, design, develop, validate and smooth introduction of
Traction and auxiliary converters as per customer specification
7. Knowledge in designing electronics systems and components
for traction applications.

8. Establish test specifications of electronics. Technical
requirements and specific standards.9. Selection of components like Magnetics, Heat sink, capacitors,
contactors, resistors, Fuses, Blowers, Low inductive busbars etc.
Technical :-
1. Working in highly automated environment, duties include
electrical and network debug, program various PLC and robot
controllers. From design, commissioning to debug, installation and
support.
2. Design, develop, troubleshoot, and document complete control
programs for custom automation equipment. Programming of control
systems using PLCs, PCs, servo drives, robots, and other more
specialized controllers is a requirement. Skilled in troubleshooting of
electrical controls and mechanical mechanisms.
3. Required strong PLC, controls, and electrical aptitude. Should
be responsible for implementing PLC and HMI/SCADA designs and
programming that meet or exceed customer expectations.
4. Used different types of devices as printers, Bar code, RFID
card .
