BIM MODELLER

Model Development :

• Develop detailed and accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, or similar software.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and ASBL protocols.

Clash Detection and Resolution :

• Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP designers to resolve conflicts.

Documentation and Reporting :

• Generate detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date schedules, BOQs, and as-built records based on BIM models.

Collaboration :

• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to streamline workflows.
• Participate in client and team meetings to present and review BIM outputs.

Data Management :

• Ensure proper version control and organization of BIM files.
• Implement ASBLs standards for information management and model sharing.

• Experience in parametric modeling and scripting (e.g., Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper).
• Familiarity with green building concepts and sustainability modeling.
• Exposure to advanced visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, Unreal Engine).

Education : Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

Experience :

• 2-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD.

Skills :

• Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and workflows.
• Knowledge of construction processes and MEP coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
