Technology Head - IT Service ( Staff Augmentation )
You will be pivotal in shaping and executing our technology strategy, particularly focusing on our staff augmentation model. This role is not responsible for the direct output of technology solutions but will ensure that the technology infrastructure, strategy, and processes are effectively aligned to support our staffing services and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy and Alignment:
- Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's staff augmentation model and overall business objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure technology solutions support the company's goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Technology Infrastructure Oversight:
- Oversee the technology infrastructure that supports the staff augmentation model, including systems for talent management, resource allocation, and client engagement.
- Ensure the technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and capable of handling dynamic staffing requirements.
Client and Staff Augmentation Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure technology solutions facilitate effective staff augmentation.
- Implement and manage technology tools and platforms that streamline staff placement processes and enhance client interactions.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Identify and drive technology improvements to enhance the efficiency of the staff augmentation process.
- Utilize data and feedback to optimize technology systems and processes, ensuring they meet both client and internal requirements.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Partner with technology and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with staff augmentation practices.
- Provide guidance and support to technology teams on best practices and tools that align with the staff augmentation model.
Vendor and Technology Management:
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure they meet the company's needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Evaluate and select technology solutions that enhance the effectiveness of the staff augmentation model.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate technology strategy, initiatives, and updates to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare reports and presentations on technology performance and strategic outcomes related to the staff augmentation model.
