Job Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience Strong functional understanding of SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Field Service, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts Experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI) Must worked on projects using Accelerated SAP methodology for implementations Must have experience with SAP ECC Customer Service
