Job Description

Upstream and downstream Coupa support experience (Sourcing and Contracts, Procurement, Invoicing and related master data interfaces). This includes end user support, issue resolution, master data management and transactional support for all Coupa processes. SAP S/4 HANA integration experience preferred.
Knowledge in punchouts, catalogs, and hosted catalogs. Coordinate and support for third party supplier implementations of punchouts.
Coordinate with business and stakeholders for issues related to Coupa approval chains, configuration/setup, user access issues, and interface issues.
Support end to end testing for upgrades, system updates and implementations
Strong integration experience leveraging integration via CPI to and from SAP S/4 HANA.
Experience engaging with product support at Coupa and the support community to collaborate across the globe to resolve issues and help improve the product
Assists in development of detailed system specifications for enhancements related to Coupa
Strong functional knowledge on Invoicing and Accounts payable required.
