Java Technical Lead (Full Stack)

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. As a tech lead, you will be responsible for mentoring a team, ensuring best coding practices, and delivering scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure Java applications.
• Architect, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications with RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and system architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize application performance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best software development practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and security.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Messaging Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design patterns, security best practices, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
