Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a PMO cum Business Analyst. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in Project Management and business analysis and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements effectively.
• Project Management: Project planning & regular tracking of the progress of the project.
• Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Process Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), SRS, use cases, and user stories to communicate requirements effectively.
• Testing Support: Ability to walk through test cases and do effective testing.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Any Graduate / Management, Computer Science & Information Technology
• Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good to have - business analysis & Project Management tools.
