With extensive experience in editing software and a deep understanding of storytelling, this
individual handle the entire post-production process, from video assembly to color
grading, sound mixing, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos for various formats, including
commercials, social media content, web series, corporate videos, product demos,
and more.
Post-Production Mastery: Manage all aspects of post-production, including color
correction, sound design, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Storytelling: Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to ensure the
narrative flow, pacing, and emotional impact of video content is achieved.
Motion Graphics & Animation: Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, and
animations using tools like Adobe After Effects or other related software to enhance
video storytelling.
Platform Optimization: Adapt videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram,
TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. ), ensuring optimal length, format, and resolution for each.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, project files,
and raw footage for efficient workflow and future use.
Audio Synchronization & Editing: Work with voiceovers, dialogue, and music tracks
to ensure audio quality and synchronization. Human voice modulation using AI.
Client Feedback: Manage feedback with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude,
iterating video edits based on creative direction and feedback loops.
Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, new editing techniques,
and cutting-edge tools to continually improve the creative process and final output

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in film production, Media Arts, Communication, or a related field.
7+ years of proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing
work across multiple platforms and industries.
Advanced proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final
Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects.
Expertise in video editing for social media, long-form content, and broadcast-quality
projects.
Strong understanding of post-production processes, including color grading, audio
mixing, and motion graphics.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and creative problemsolving.
Strong knowledge of various video formats, resolutions, and compression settings
to ensure high-quality output across different platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with a
team of producers, creatives, and clients.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with 3D animation and software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
Knowledge of videography and experience working on shoots as part of a production
team.
Familiarity with video production equipment and workflows, including lighting,
sound, and camera operation.
