- Develop quality management process for Software development, infrastructure operation and support activities
- Training other team members on the quality process and its monitoring
- Participate in various organization Audits Ex ISO
- Establish & conduct internal audits, and ensure compliance
- Update and maintain the various quality reports (teamwise, section wise, test reports, test certificates etc.)
- Ensure cross-functional & cross departmental dependencies are managed, and the dependency log is accurately maintained.
- Coordinate closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.
- Prepare regular status reporting for the engagement of leadership team
- Develop review documents to meet the documentation needs of quality assurance
- Awareness Quality Management Standards, Audits such as Lessons Learnt, Corrective Action, preventive Actions,
- Proven capability toward Audit participation to compliance
- Collaborate with multilocation/multi discipline teams
- Monitor quality matrix established for IT department

- Bachelor's degree required. Preferred in IT Business Administration , Accounting, Finance, or related degree.
- Exposure to project management, Quality management, in a technology environment are desirable.
- Ability to see 'big picture" strategic view as well as process details.
- Ability to work with various systems and data sources to gather and assimilate required information.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience is encouraged
- Quality Management System Awareness and related certification
- Quality Standards and implementation in IT Domain
