Currently we are looking for

BE CSE, and relevant Skills with minimum of 3 years of experience in similar profile OR Should have qualified with Non-Engineering UG degree (BCA, B.Sc. CS/IT/CT, Any UG Degree), and relevant Skills with minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar profile OR Should have qualified with Non-Engineering Diploma degree (Any Diploma Degree), and relevant Skills with minimum of 4-6 years of experience in similar profile

1.Support in the implementation of ERP/ CRM solutions tailored to optimize automotive sales,Vehicle Distribution and after-sales processes, resulting in streamlined operations.

2. Led cross-functional teams in the successful execution of digital initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and boosting sales performance within the automotive sector.

7.Collaborate closely with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management, department heads, and external vendors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with business strategies.

1) Working knowledge of DMS & CRM (Should have very strong understanding on Sales, workshop, Spares and CRM

2) Understand specific client requirements and analyse them

3) Follow-up to closure in order to implement change

4) Prepare and process Change Request.

5) Prepare UAT and process Manuals

6) Provide Training to Business heads and users before go live

7) Basic ERP to DMS connectivity Interface Knowledge

8) Experience / Ability to deal with multiple departments

9) Basic Knowledge about Interfaces (with SAP and other ERPs)

10) Support System Monitoring and SLA Management
