iSteer - Java Full Stack Developer - Spring Boot/AngularJS (3-5 yrs)

Mandatory Skills :

- Spring Boot, JAVA, Angular, MySQL, APIs, Microservices, HTML, CSS, JS.

- Git - Version management; JIRA/Azure DevOps boards - Work Item/Ticket tracking.

- Manual/Automated Unit Testing.

- Copilot Enabled Programming.

- Very Good at Communication & Technical reporting.

- Familiarity with Agile Programming project management process.

Responsibilities :

- Participate in full life-cycle web development.

- Work with product line leaders and architects to develop multi generation software technology plans aligned to product requirements and business strategy.

- Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse.

- Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities.

- Develop high performing, enterprise scale, innovative end-to-end web applications.

- Collaborate with system engineers and backend developers to design, build, and implement core platforms and solutions.

- Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the core tech stack selected for the desired products.

- Build new key features for the product portfolio, leveraging existing standard frameworks for the ecosystem.

- Create and maintain technical documentation wherever applicable.

- Adhering to the Information Security Management System guidelines & policies as set by iSteer.

Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 year's professional experience in Software Development.

- Proficiency in Front-end and Backend Coding and Design (Java Spring Boot and libraries or frameworks such as Angular, Backbone).

- Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.

- Demonstrates awareness about competitors and industry trends.

- Good knowledge and understanding of the Information Security Management system.

Preferred Skills and Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
