Job Description
Ability to build, configure and handover application servers in a physical and virtual environment. Handle Windows Server migrations and other similar upgrades. Helping set up test, Dev and prod environments for client and ensuring that appropriate processes and controls are followed to the letter.
Work Location : Hyderabad
Qualification s : B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/Degree in Computer Science
Expereince: 5 -7 years
Working Conditions : Flexible to wo rk in Shifts .
Key Responsibilities :
Strong knowledge of Active Directory concepts like OU/replication/GPO etc.
Strong knowledge of SSL/TLS concepts, certificate servers and PKI implementations.
Knowledge of PIM/PAM solutions like ObserveIT, Bomgar will be preferred. Understanding of AD LDS LDAP and use of tools like ADSIedit, CSVDE, Ldiffde.
Netdom, Nltest, ntdsutil, sonar tools for performing active directory administrative functions.
Very Good understanding of Kerberos and NTLM (Single sign on).
Strong focus on process adherence and quick reaction to customer issues is a mandatory requirement and deliverable (customer environment is a govt regulated environment).
Working with client Architects to deploy/configure the architected/designed solution or tools.
Help write power-shell, VB scripts to automate repetitive tasks, create small tools as required for running smooth and efficient operations.
Report generation for satisfying various internal and external audits and compliance requirements.
Interaction with 3rd party vendors, Client Teams and senior onsite Systems.
Engineers as necessary to optimally perform job responsibilities.
Create and maintain detailed up to date technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Run Books).
Preferred Skills:
Strong expertise in Windows 2008/2012 System Administration, Virtual Server environments like Azure, Hyper-V and Vmware, MS Active Directory, Group Policies, IIS, PKI, Application integration activities.
Should have a strong process orientation (ITIL certification is an advantage) and be able to work in highly regulated environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills coupled with excellent communication skills and ability to technically lead service restoration calls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with global clients and peers.
Excellent customer service & teamwork skills, quality and changed oriented with initiative and eager ability to learn.
Agreeable to flexible working hours.
