Job Description
- Work with SMEs to d evelop documentation for a variety of end users, including User Manuals, Working Instructions, SOPs, Release Notes , etc.
- T echnical documentation that meets the organizational standards .
- Research, outline, and write documents .
- Manage updates and revisions to technical documents.
- Write user-friendly content that meets the need of the target audience ensuring high quality and accuracy .
- 5-6 years of industry experience as a T echnical W riter .
- Knowledge of DDLC and SDLC .
- Proven ability to learn and understand technical concepts quickly.
- Experience in authoring & image tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a key focus on detail .
- Experience d working with SMEs to improve user documentation across design, UI, help content , and create diagrams for visual support .
- Preferred C ertification - Technical Writ ing .
