Job Description
Provide first-level technical support for Hyper-V virtualization environments and storage systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to Hyper-V configuration, performance, and connectivity.
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential problems to ensure system availability.
- Collaborate with the Level 2 support team to escalate complex issues that require higher-level expertise.
- Document support activities, solutions provided, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization technology and experience in supporting virtualized environments.
- Knowledge of storage systems such as SAN, NAS, RAID configurations, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and escalate issues as needed.
- Relevant certifications or training in Hyper-V administration or storage technologies would be advantageous.
