ISSQUARED has been building out a suite of enterprise - gradeIT products from its sotiware development center in Hyderabad which addresses requirements ranging from privileged identity & access management (PIM/PAM), external access management and governance, projects & portiolio management, workforce management, asset management and IT service delivery management. These products coupled with products waiting in the pipeline for development like NOC/SOC monitoring tools, network management tool and certificate management tools imply a wide technical & process variety for potential candidates to demonstrate their skills as well as learn and skill themselves up.

The specific role in this JD will contribute to utilizing specialized technical knowledge in multiple application development efforts. Principle responsibility will be to design and develop data-driven applications. This position will participate in all phases of the sotiware development life cycle.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Understand functional specification and design requirements of the overall module as well as

individual sprint cycles

- Become proficient with the underlying IT technology area of each product/module and also apply domain-specific knowledge when adapting code to individual customers

- Design and Development of production fixes, application enhancements and software development projects in .NET framework

- Prepare and maintain code for allocated product modules and resolve any defects in system.

- Maintain, and resolve issues for deployed products and provide escalation support for product s upport teams

- Interact with the senior/lead architects and understand/document technical requirements

- Develop unit test cases and assist the testing team in integration testing

- React proactively to bugs and errors identified by the testing team & provide timely fixes

- Provide status updates on regular basis to the Reporting Manager/Project Manager

- Assist with/lead customer deployments and hyper-care

- Ability to Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications

- Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements

- Create or Update documentation in support of development efforts

- Work with module leads across all ISSQUARED products to share best practices and maintain uniformity in code, features & UI design.

- Develop & maintain ISSQ API Management platiorm.

- Build components that are scalable, flexible and compatible across different frameworks and browsers.

- Work with product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed for large/complex development projects.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure that each increment adheres to the user story and all standard resource libraries and architecture patierns as appropriate.

- Support the team in the writing of deployment scripts and place strong emphasis on automated deployment.

- Demonstrate a sense of ownership for the assigned work and align to the product owners vision.

- Mentor or grow other members in the team. Facilitate cooperation and motivate team members to accomplish group goals.

- Strong debugging skills across all major browsers, proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment effectively with minimum supervision and willing to take ownership

- Ability to interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers, prospects, and vendors

- Good writien and oral communication skills

SOFT SKILLS :

- Exposure to ORM, DevOps CI/CD, Dapper

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components like directory services, identity & access management, SSO services, PKI, monitoring tools & ticketing systems.

- Knowledge of business processes and/or tools in HR, Asset management, Project Management, Financial billing areas.

- Ability to set up product demos and assist sales & pre-sales teams with client presentations and enquiries.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS :

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- BE/B.Tech./M.Tech. /MCA/Degree in Computer Science

- Strong knowledge and experience on

- Strong knowledge and experience on SQL application programming, Entity Framework Core

- Solid understanding of OOP Principles

- Experience in Windows Services and event handling along with multi-threading concepts is highly

desirable

- Experience of working with Visual

- Studio 2015 onwards
