Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in 3D design, with a portfolio that showcases versatility across various media including product design, architecture, animation, or game design. This role requires a proactive individual who can translate concepts into immersive 3D visuals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines.

Blender: 1 to 2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling & Design:
• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and visual assets for various projects such as product design, interior design, and gaming.
• Develop 3D visualizations based on 2D concepts, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to execution.
• Optimize models for performance across platforms, ensuring they meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
• Rendering & Animation:
• Handle texturing, lighting, and rendering to create polished and realistic final visuals.
• Collaborate with animation and motion graphics teams to integrate 3D assets into multimedia projects.
• Produce 3D animations and visual effects for marketing, promotional materials, and product demonstrations.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with project managers, graphic designers, and developers to ensure consistent quality and alignment with project goals.
• Troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions that enhance project outcomes.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D design.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and adapt to feedback from stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in 3D design, modeling, animation and rendering.
• Software Proficiency:
• AutoCAD & Blender
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Design Skills:
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Ability to interpret 2D designs and translate them into 3D visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics, form, texture, and material.
• Collaboration Skills:
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to incorporate constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.
• Knowledge of scripting and programming for 3D applications is a plus.
