Develop recruiting strategies in support of organizational objectives. Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.

Education & Experience:-

Minimum experience required 1-3 yrs
Qualifications required: BCA and BE

Good understanding of the technical solutions of the organization
Ability to identify quality resources skill-wise, Ability to work in a Team
Ability to work on and meet Targets
Align with Organisational Goals and work accordingly
Sourcing, screening, headhunting, evaluation, and Selection Process
Deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions drawing upon consulting skills to recommend the best course of action to recruit, assess, select, and hire.
Sourcing the resumes through various sources like Company database, references, portals, and Linked-in
Should have knowledge of IT recruitment profiles
Specific Innovative measures demonstrated to meet business requirements wrt sourcing and hiring activities
Savvy with social media tools and recruitment methodology
