IT - Senior Executive

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as IT- Senior Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure and maintaining the hardware and network components that underpin our digital services. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), hardware configurations, and network protocols, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Role & responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Management:

Implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks and VPN.

Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems, servers, and services.

2. IT Operations:

Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.

Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning.

3. Technical Support:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to support team.

Address IT-related issues, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.

Train team members on IT systems and applications as needed.

4. Security and Compliance:

Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.

Monitor for security breaches and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

The candidate will report to the Ghatkopar Office but will need to travel for site visits and visits to branch offices as and when required.
