Document Handling: Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of Directors Treatments, Pitch Bibles, and other project-related documents.
Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Time Management : Efficiently manage the Directors calendar, prioritize tasks, and coordinate deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
Media Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of media platforms, emerging trends, and their implications for project development and promotion.
Computer Proficiency: Utilize various computer applications and software for document creation, data management, and social media engagement. Social Media Management: Assist in maintaining the companys social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring platforms, and engaging with the audience.
Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for company executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries. Task Coordination: Collaborate with team members to facilitate project coordination, ensuring seamless workflow and timely deliverables.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the media or entertainment industry. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design software is a plus. 6. Sound knowledge of social media platforms and their utilization for business purposes. 7.
