Roles & Responsibility :

• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges nationwide.
• Create and update training plans for partner institutions across PAN India.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to schedule and plan training sessions as per agreements.
• Ensure timely delivery of training programs and monitor progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
• Arrange freelance trainers if required to supplement internal resources.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance mechanisms to maintain high standards.
• Collect and analyze feedback from students and partners to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage faculty and trainer performance in alignment with academic expectations.
• Implement fair workload allocation processes to optimize efficiency.
• Update and maintain the Learning Management System and ERP systems.
• Ensure training content is uploaded, organized, and accessible on the LMS.
• Provide training and coaching to Learning & Delivery coordinators.
• Support their professional development and proficiency in managing training sessions.
• Manage the learning and delivery budget efficiently.
• Monitor expenses, track spending, and prepare regular financial reports.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for trainers with the travel desk and administrative team.
