Manager - Project Management

Job description:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
• Guide teams on architecture, cloud adoption, microservices implementation, and integration strategies.
• Oversee system and technology integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Evaluates new technologies for fit with the program/system/eco-system and the associated upstream and downstream impacts on process, data, and risk.
• Act as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, ensuring smooth sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and senior management.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Evaluates new technologies for fit with the program/system/eco-system and the associated upstream and downstream impacts on process, data, and risk.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 12+ years in IT, with at least 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager preferably in Financial Services.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Cloud & Microservices: Hands-on experience with Cloud Computing, AWS services, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture.
• Application & System Integration: Expertise in integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Experience leading Agile teams and implementing Agile best practices.
• Data Management: Proficiency in JSON and XML data structures.
• SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
• Strong Communication & Leadership: Ability to engage with stakeholders, present technical concepts, and drive project success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: PMP, CSM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or relevant technical certifications.
• Financial Services Background will be preferred
• DevOps & Automation: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and automated deployment strategies.
