Cloud/AI Technical - Lead

Experience

• 12 to 14 years of technical experience, with at least 4-5 years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise in architectural design, including cloud-based systems, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience working with AI/ML technologies, including model design, training, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, R) with a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple technical projects while aligning with business goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
