Odoo Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with 4 to 7 years of hands-on expertise in developing, customizing, and deploying Odoo applications. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Odoo framework, Python programming, and business process automation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business needs.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities in Odoo ERP.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve Odoo-related technical issues.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Optimize and improve the performance of existing Odoo modules.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Work closely with functional consultants, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, ORM, and Python.
• Experience in Odoo module development, customization, and implementation.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, QWeb, and HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Odoo deployment, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Odoo.sh and cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience in Odoo Enterprise.
• Understanding of business processes like CRM, HR, Inventory, and Accounting.
