We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled ERP (Odoo) Lead Developer with a minimum of 7-8 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo-based ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable and configurable systems and must possess exceptional technical expertise combined with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ERP solutions using Odoo to meet business needs.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules, including requirement gathering, system design, customization, deployment, and support. Frontend UI experience is mandatory.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and configurable ERP systems.

• Develop reusable components and ensure the scalability and flexibility of the solutions.

• Manage system integrations with third-party tools and APIs to create seamless workflows.

• Work on backend development with Python and frontend tasks when required.

• Implement innovative features and ensure system performance, security, and reliability.

• Write clean, eAicient, and bug-free code with proper testing and documentation.

• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and actively participate in code reviews.

• Leverage cloud platforms like Azure/AWS for deployment and scaling solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience: At least 7-8 years of hands-on Odoo ERP development and customization.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python.

Experience in using AI techniques

In-depth understanding of Odoo architecture and module development.

Proficiency in database systems, API integration, and system customization.

Familiarity with full-stack development and the ability to work on frontend tasks when needed.
