Job Title: Primary Teacher (PRT)

To deliver high-quality education and foster a supportive learning environment for primary school students, focusing on their overall development academic, social, and emotional.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Teaching:
   
• Plan and conduct lessons for subjects like English, Mathematics, and other foundational subjects.
• Design engaging activities that make learning interactive and fun.
• Ensure that the learning objectives are met in alignment with the curriculum.
2. Student Development:
   
• Assess the progress of each student through tests, homework, projects, and class participation.
• Provide feedback and extra support to students who may need it.
• Promote moral values, discipline, and good behavior in the classroom.
3. Curriculum Planning:
   
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in line with the curriculum standards.
• Adapt teaching methods based on the needs and learning styles of the students.
• Integrate technology and multimedia tools into teaching when appropriate.
4. Classroom Management:
   
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Encourage open communication and create an inclusive space where every student feels valued.
• Handle disciplinary issues sensitively and fairly.
5. Parent Communication:
   
• Communicate with parents regularly regarding the academic progress and behavior of students.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss students strengths and areas for improvement.
6. Extracurricular Activities:
   
• Participate in school events and organize extracurricular activities like sports, arts, and crafts.
• Encourage students to take part in activities that contribute to their overall growth.
7. Professional Development:
   
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training programs to stay updated on new teaching methods and educational technologies.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and the school management to improve the overall learning environment.
